I was incredibly lucky to drive the Maroon M8 Replica for the day. The 4.9 litre V8 from an E49 M5 resides under the bonnet, and peak power is estimated at around the 500 BHP mark. It was fantastic experience, but there is more of a write up around the corner. Stay tuned 2.25 power!

Don’t let the number plates fool you – this is another 8 series (same as the maroon M8 replica). It is a very rare model Hartge, given the full treatment including complete powertrain, suspension and interior modifications. It’s an intriguing car, and information is few and far between. I am going to dig up some more info and post it up for you.
